About the staff:

Upton Sinclair, CREA, MRA is currently the President/CEO of Sinclair & Company, Inc. He is a MRA designated member of the Master Appraisers Association, a CREA designated memeber of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, and a State GA Licensed Appraiser with over twelve years of appraising experience.

Tony Arnold, LREA, has been with Sinclair & Company since July of 1997. He is a state licensed real estate appraiser and holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate from the State University of West Georgia which he received in August of 1996. He specializes in single family residential, 1-4 family income producing, residential lots, and vacant land in various counties in the middle GA area.

Paul Hinson, Jr., CREA, has 19 years of appraising experience in the Middle GA area. He is a CREA designated member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. His main work focus is single family residential, small income producing, 2-4 family residential and land appraisals. "Matt" is currently licensed with the state of GA.
